Criminal Law

Every criminal case should be approached on its own merits. We work closely with our client to determine their goals and concerns.

By working together, we give our clients their best chance at a successful result. We have the trial skills and dedication to help you navigate the criminal justice system.

Immigration

This is President Obama's most aggressive initiative yet. To be eligible, you must be under 30 and must have arrived in the country before you were 16. The initiative gives all our children an opportunity to live our dream.

Short of the Dream Act, the new sweeping initiative will allow children who arrived here, usually through no means of their own, to obtain a social security number, drivers' license, and financial aid. We will help review your application and make sure you do not loose your $465 fee or worse, risk deportation.

Brain Injury

Trauma is the leading cause of death in the United States for people between the ages of 1 and 44 and it is the third leading cause of death overall, and statistics show that there are approximately 2 million brain injuries reported each year in this country. Of those reported brain injuries, over 51,000 were fatal and 20 - 30% of the surviving victims suffered permanent, irreversible disabilities.

Environmental

Toxic torts usually involve over-exposure of individuals or communities to harmful or deadly chemicals. We have represented thousands of injured plaintiffs who were wrongly exposed and injured by way of environmental contamination.

Groundwater pollution is one of the most common causes of contamination.  Groundwater cases involve water contaminated with chemicals such as hexavalent chromium (chromium VI), mercury, trichloroethylene (TCE), benzene, polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), perchlorate, and pesticides.

Asbestos

Millions of workers in the United States and abroad have suffered severe exposure to the environmental toxin, asbestos. Asbestos has been mined and used commercially since the late 1800s. Its use greatly increased during World War II. Shipyard workers, people who worked in asbestos mines and mills, producers of asbestos products, workers in the a/c or heating industries, construction workers, electricians, plumbers/pipefitters, automotive mechanics, laborers, and other tradespeople have likely suffered occupational exposures to asbestos. Asbestos is found in a wide variety of products with an array of differing industries and applications.
